Below you’ll find the most important information regarding returns and complaints.


Your Right to Return (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 30 days to return a product purchased online.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must also be returned in its original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within up to 30 days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank — refunds may take additional time to post.

If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us.
